IHLP Medical Laboratory Director to Present MLPAO Webinar on Leadership and Change

The IHLP is pleased to share that its Medical Laboratory Director will be presenting an upcoming webinar hosted by the Medical Laboratory Professionals' Association of Ontario (MLPAO).
Titled “Leadership and Impacting Change In and Out of the Lab,” the session will take place on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 7:00 PM. This webinar will explore how laboratory professionals can play a key role in driving meaningful change within both clinical and laboratory environments.
Through a case-based discussion, we will demonstrate how laboratory professionals can improve patient care through leadership and collaboration. We will highlight the importance of systems level thinking and navigating complexities in both clinical and laboratory processes.
This session is an excellent opportunity for laboratory professionals to gain insight into leadership strategies and their impact on patient care and system improvement.
