Hanover & District Hospital is a rural acute care facility serving Hanover and surrounding communities. HDH offers 24/7 emergency care, surgical services, acute inpatient care, hemodialysis, palliative care, physiotherapy, and a Family Centred Birthing Unit. HDH partners with community agencies and peer hospitals to ensure seamless access to mental health, addictions, and social services. HDH is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Huron Health System (HHS), located in Huron County, includes Alexandra Marine and General Hospital in Goderich and South Huron Hospital (SHH) in Exeter. HHS is dedicated to serving rural communities with accessible, high-quality health care.

Alexandra Marine and General Hospital: AMGH is Huron County's largest healthcare provider. The hospital offers primary and secondary care with 24 inpatient beds and 24/7 emergency services. AMGH also includes a 20-bed psychiatric unit, delivers mental health services throughout the community, and operates specialized outpatient clinics.

South Huron Hospital: SHH serves South Huron, along with surrounding communities. The hospital features a single inpatient unit with 19 beds, with an interdisciplinary care team. SHH also offers 24/7 emergency services staffed by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) delivers exceptional, patient-centred care through four hospital sites: Clinton Public Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, and Stratford General Hospital. Each site offers acute, emergency, and continuing-care services supported by comprehensive laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and transfusion medicine.

Stratford General Hospital proudly serves as the regional laboratory hub for the Integrated Hospital Laboratory Partnership (IHLP), providing advanced diagnostics and coordination across partner hospitals to enhance quality and efficiency.

The Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance (LWHA) is a partnership between Listowel Memorial Hospital and Wingham & District Hospital in rural southwestern Ontario. Both sites offer 24/7 emergency care and provide a wide range of services including diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, inpatient and outpatient care, surgical procedures, and specialized clinics. LWHA is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare while fostering innovation and collaboration across both communities.

South Bruce Grey Health Centre (SBGHC) is a multi-site, rural hospital organization serving the southern portion of Grey and Bruce Counties. SBGHC’s four hospital sites in Chesley, Durham, Kincardine and Walkerton provide access to care for approximately 44,000 local residents in addition to 10,000 seasonal residents and over 30,000 tourists annually. SBGHC offers a wide range of programs and services, including inpatient and emergency services, obstetrics and surgical services.
